How to join
We always welcome new members, and would be glad to hear from you. Please email info@hoddesdonmrc.org.uk. Alternatively you can telephone the club secretary on 01707 898420.
Membership fees are £96 per year.
Skills
Anyone can join, but as we look to keep the club moving forward, we especially need people with the skills to help us develop and maintain clubs facilities. Everything you see at the club today has been built by members from our clubhouse and workshop buildings, down to laying track, even restoring and erecting the semaphore signal.
Who can join
Membership is open to all people over the age of 18 – our eldest member being 84! Unfortunately we are unable to accept members under 18, but a parent, or responsible adult, is welcome to join and bring the under 18 with them!
Current members
Hoddesdon Model & Railway Club enjoys a substantial membership, with around 60 fully subscribed members from all walks of life. We take pride in the informal and relaxed atmosphere in the club. So, if you would like to enjoy your hobby in the company of like-minded folk, the Hoddesdon Model and Railway Club is for you!
