Deputy Mayor of Hertsmere Council, Councillor Cynthia Barker is seen in the picture by our portable G Scale layout, talking to the club’s secretary and treasurer. The councillor was most interested in the Hoddesdon Model and Railway Club, and took several photos for the council’s website. Houndswood is in, Radlett, Herts.
The club held an Open Weekend to showcase the activities of the club. This was generously supported by Councillor Mark Mills-Bishop. Fortunately the weather was kind, the visitors appreciated our efforts and our members enjoyed themselves. Pictures appear under “recent events” and the various sections “galleries”.
